Since 2001 our chief fundraising activity has been our annual 2nd weekend in December craft fair held at the Cy-Fair Exhibit Center, 11206 Telge Road. Former club president Dwayne Henneck successfully chaired the event for six years, seeing it grow from a small craft show to an event selling arts, crafts, collectibles, gourmet foods and many other items. In 2008 the event was renamed "Cougar Christmas Market" to better reflect the variety of merchandise offered by more than 140 vendors in as many as 165 indoor booths with additional vendors located outside the building.

Every year the Cougar Christmas Market is held the 2nd weekend in December. 

Nearly 200 booths are sold in 10’ x 10’ configurations at $110 for the weekend (including electricity)  Double and triple size booths are available. All vendors are asked to donate an item to the Silent Auction and/or raffle.  Vendors begin set up of their assigned booth spaces on Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Vendors requesting electricity must provide their own power strips and 50’ - 100’ electrical cords to run from available outlets. No overhead electrical cords will run, only wall booths will have access to electricity. The building is secured both Friday and Saturday nights with paid law enforcement on duty throughout the night.

The exhibit hall is open to the public on
Saturday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
